The role sits within a sophisticated front-office trading environment, with exposure to equity volatility, derivatives and structured products .
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Trading and managing derivative positions
- Volatility and risk management
- Pricing and execution of complex equity products
- Market analysis and quantitative modelling
- Developing and improving trading and risk tools
- Working closely with Sales, Structuring and other trading teams
- Supporting broader volatility and relative-value strategies
Ideal background:
- Experience within Equity Derivatives, Equity Exotics, Volatility or a closely related trading function
- Strong understanding of options and derivatives
- Quantitative and analytical skillset
- Experience with Python, VBA, MATLAB, R or similar
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced trading environment
