Simulation Software EngineerPickle is looking for a Simulation Software Engineer to support and scale our robotics simulation infrastructure. This role focuses on enabling teams to develop, test, and validate robotic systems using simulation tools such as Isaac Sim.You will work across software, testing, and robotics teams to build and maintain simulation environments, improve workflows, and ensure simulations are reliable, scalable, and accessible across the organization.In this role, you'll own the development of simulation tooling, APIs, and automated testing workflows that directly support Pickle's autonomy platform. You'll set up and manage cloud-based simulation infrastructure, integrate simulation into CI/CD pipelines, and help engineering teams move faster by making simulation systems easier to use and more robust at scale.This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thrives at the intersection of robotics, software, and infrastructure — and who wants their work to have a direct impact on how autonomous robots get built and validated in production.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain simulation environments using Isaac SimSet up and manage simulation infrastructure, including cloud-based environmentsBuild tools, APIs, and workflows to support automated testing and validationCollaborate with software and testing teams to integrate simulation into development pipelinesImprove usability and scalability of simulation systems across engineering teamsSupport feature development and internal tooling for simulation usersContribute to CI/CD workflows and automation related to simulation systemsSkills & Experience3–7+ years of experience in robotics, simulation, or software engineeringHands-on experience with Isaac Sim (strongly preferred)Experience working with simulation environments and robotics systemsStrong programming skills (Python preferred)Experience with cloud infrastructure and environment setupFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflowsAbility to work cross-functionally with software and testing teamsNice to Have:Experience with additional simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, MuJoCo)Background in robotics or autonomous systemsExperience building developer tools or internal platformsStrong scripting and automation skills$120,000 - $177,000 a yearPay at PickleAt Pickle Robot Company, we believe transparency builds trust.

The salary range listed here is provided in accordance with Massachusetts law and reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to offer for this role.
