- Run injection molding pumping stations and injection molding machines.
- Run drill presses.
- Monitor product quality to ensure injection molded parts are made to specifications.
- Cores injection-molded parts.
- Ability to understand tolerances and use basic measuring equipment (tape measures, calipers, etc.)
- Collects and reports manufacturing performance data.
- Reviews and completes work orders (paper-based and electronic).
- Maintains a clean working environment through regular cleaning of the cleanroom and equipment, along with 5S.
- Follows all cleanroom gowning procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills and Experience Requirements: Silicone Injection Room Technician:
- High school diploma or GED. Technical school credit is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must have a very high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management as well as other team members.
