This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, optical devices and liquid cooling system.About the RoleJoin Molex’s cutting edge Product Development team as a  Signal Integrity Engineer, where you’ll play a key role in designing and optimizing high-speed interconnect solutions. You’ll work with global teams and customers to ensure signal performance meets the demands of next-generation data communication systems.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct finite element simulations for electro-mechanical interconnects.Develop mathematical models for electrical and mechanical parameters.Characterize high-speed connectors and systems using digital testing and electromagnetic modeling.Create and implement electrical test procedures, specifications, and fixtures.Design characterization and verification boards; collaborate with PCB design vendors.Perform empirical and analytical testing based on design inputs.Prepare evaluation reports and presentations for internal and customer use.Provide technical guidance to Sales, Marketing, and customers on signal integrity.Stay current with industry trends and share insights with the team.Lead R&D initiatives in advanced electrical design technologies.Develop mitigation strategies for EMI, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and CFD in interconnect systems.Collaborate with customers on high-speed serial I/O, backplane, board-to-board, and channel applications.Who You’ll Work WithCross-functional teams across Molex, including global colleagues.Product Design, Sales & Marketing teams.External customers and vendors.QualificationsEducationRequired: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Preferred: Master’s in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Physics.ExperienceRequired: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.Preferred:Experience designing high-speed electrical interconnects.Proficiency with CAD/CAE tools (e.g., Ansys HFSS, CST, Sigrity, ADS, Cadence).Skilled in correlating simulation results with lab measurements using oscilloscopes, TDRs, VNAs.Ability to script and automate analysis workflows.SkillsRequired: Strong understanding of electromagnetics.Preferred: Experience in EMI, thermal analysis, and fluid mechanics is a plus.ð Why Join Us?Modern American-standard work environmentPBM culture that fosters collaboration and personal growthFull salary during probation24/7 occupational safety insurance from day onePremium health insurance after just 2 monthsMost Saturdays off Shuttle service for convenient commutingGlobal career development via KOCH’s Talent Exchange ProgrammeAnnual Summer Trip A canteen with modern facilities offers good-quality meals dailyTotal compensation based on contribution, including: Base salary, Allowances, Overtime, 13rd month, Engagement Bonus (~14th Month),  Performance & spot bonuses, Service awardAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
