THIS isNOT A REMOTE or a Graphic Design positionJob Type:Position: Front Line Project Production CoordinatorJob Level: Entry to Middle LevelPrimary Location: 60 Trade Rd. in Plattsburgh but not limited too.Starting Date: TBAFull time types Non-ExemptJob duties:Customer service, reception, consultations, developing quotations and closing sales following our core "Customer Service Philosophy's."Client ManagementCoordination of the projects from Start to finish. Intake & FollowSite visits & EstimatingFollow up & Closing process.Material checkDesign & Production layoutSign making & Installation.Quality control & Client noticeClose out paperwork.Sign & Graphic Design and Production layout and design for all companies.Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs.Proof reading and editing all documentation.Understand product used and how to use them in ProductionSupply tracking and ordering.Management of media profileLearn new technologies, skills and techniques to become a better sign making professional.To use our time tracking software dailyAssist in maintaining company signage equipment.Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area.Monthly departmental reporting if needed.Procedures and policies are the same for all companies.Other projects, jobs as needed.Minimum qualifications:Organized and detail-oriented.Excellent communication and managerial skills3 years or equal Project Production Coordinator or client ManagementAbility to embrace and encourage the team spirit and image using our Customer Service Philosophy'sHigh school diploma and formal design or sign making education.Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.Must be able to withstand a reference check for credibility and a background check.Track record with a proven ability to win, close deals and lead a department.Energetic, expressive & pleasant personalityBasic computer skills with ability to learn and implement systems related to sign making.Preferred qualifications:Understanding of Company Sign layout philosophy3 years or equal Project Production Coordinator production operations experienceConsultation or Sales experience and/or one year of supervisory experience or equal.Background in vinyl creation and applicationExperience with GRAPHTEC plotter/cutter and GRAPHTEC Cutting Master 4 and Onyx RIP software.Experience with large format digital printing, HP365 or equalExperience with Roll over laminating table.Knowledge of Microsoft Windows based computer systemsExpertise in using Adobe Design Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)Benefits:We have benefits included, but not limited to:Team environmentCareer & Leadership opportunitiesMedical (company contribution if qualified)DentalVisionState of the art facilitiesPaid Time off401KBest in class toolsWe promote a drug-free work environmentEOECompensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourPlattsburgh Creative Signs, LLC.Is a privately owned and operated, full-service sign manufacture and sales company based in Plattsburgh, NY since 2020.
