We're looking for dependable team players who take pride in their work, enjoy working outdoors and on-site, and want to grow their skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.Essential ResponsibilitiesOperate crane truck to install interior and exterior signage according to work order specifications and project deadlinesRead and interpret work orders, drawings, and other documents to determine project specifications and installation requirementsVerify that materials, tools, and vehicles are properly prepared for each installationSafely and efficiently operate tools, equipment, and vehicles in compliance with OSHA and company standardsCollaborate with other production departments to resolve issues and ensure efficient workflow and on-time deliveryCommunicate project updates, changes, delays, or issues promptly to client, Field Manager, and Installation ManagerEnsure accuracy, quality, and craftsmanship in all installationsRecord job details in production software by updating hours, uploading photos, closing work orders, and documenting materials, procedures, and specificationsMaintain clean and organized job sites, vehicles, equipment, and installation areas throughout and at the end of each workdayKeep storage areas and vehicles organized, including restocking materials and supplies as neededMonitor material usage to reduce waste and control project costsPerform a final quality check with the customer after installation to ensure satisfactionUnload vehicles and properly store tools, materials, and equipment at the end of each dayOther duties as assignedRequired Skills & QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Technical SkillsCrane truck operation, training, and/or certification experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work ordersProficient in the safe operation of power tools, lifts, ladders, and other installation equipmentAccurate measuring, leveling, and alignment skills with strong basic math abilitiesWorking knowledge of hardware, fasteners, and mounting techniques for various substratesBasic electrical knowledgeWorking knowledge of computers and the Windows environmentWork Quality & Problem SolvingStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality workmanshipAbility to assess challenges and develop safe, effective solutions on-siteAbility to manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and quality standardsTeamwork & CommunicationEffective communication with other team members and clientsAbility to work independently or as part of a team to meet project goalsWillingness to take direction, learn new techniques, and share knowledge with othersSafety & Work HabitsConsistent adherence to safety protocols and use of proper PPEAbility to lift, carry, and position heavy materials and signs with or without assistanceComfortable working at heights off a bucket truck/aerial equipment and in various outdoor conditionsReliable, flexible, and professional in attitude, communication, and appearanceAbility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed to meet installation schedulesEducation & Work AuthorizationHigh school diploma, trade school certificate, or GEDAuthorization to work in the United StatesValid Driver LicenseMassachusetts Hoisting License (1B, 4F, 2A)PreferredHands-on experience with installation of interior and exterior signage or related tradeKnowledge of LED lighting and wiring for illuminated signsBucket Truck training, certification, or driving experienceAerial Lift certifiedKnowledge of electrical components and UL requirements and proceduresPost-Secondary Education or Equivalent ExperiencePhysical AbilitiesThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
