We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to safely transport passengers between CLT Airport and Hotel. The ideal candidate is punctual, courteous, and committed to providing a safe and pleasant riding experience.
Responsibilities
* Safely operate a shuttle vehicle along assigned routes and schedules
* Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and light luggage as needed
* Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
* Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
* Check tire pressure, engine oil, and all vehicle fluids regularly
* Report maintenance needs, mechanical issues, or safety concerns promptly
* Keep the shuttle vacuumed, washed, and cleaned at all times
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle interior and exterior
* During downtime, assist with light cleaning duties and blowing/clearing parking lots
* Communicate clearly with passengers and dispatch regarding schedules or delays
Qualifications
* Valid driver's license (appropriate class for vehicle type)
* Clean driving record
* Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if required)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
* Ability to sit for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
Schedule & Environment
* Part-time or full-time shifts available
* May include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays
