Show Tech Services Floor SupervisorOriginal X Productions are the operators of worldwide location based entertainment experiences including The FRIENDS TM Experience and Hershey Super Sweet Adventure. We are looking for staff who are passionate, exhibit the core values of excellence, have a commitment to safety, and value fun in everything they do.OGX is seeking Show Tech Services Floor Supervisors to assist with overseeing the Show Services Team and maintaining the technical elements (audio, video & operational) of the experience while also preserving the cleanliness of the space. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the technical knowledge for facilities operations.This part-time position may be scheduled for up to five (5) days OR 28 hours per week.

This part-time position pays $20.00 per hour.Primary Responsibilities:Work with the Show Tech Services Manager to ensure all elements of the attraction are working properlyDelegate tasks to ensure completion or coordinate with managers to escalate to vendorsHelp keep the location clean and welcoming to Guests Maintain cleanliness of the exhibit including sweeping floors, wiping down exhibits, and removing trash around the venueEnsure all health and safety protocols are followed; work with staff stations in venue to ensure all areas are supplied with disinfectants and preventative materials (wipes & sanitizers)Keep exhibits clean and free of smudges or fingerprintsMaintain restrooms to show standardsSchedule repairs and maintenance to resolve swiftly and effectivelyComplete daily and weekly inspection checklistsPerform preventative maintenance on critical systems to keep the venue in good conditionCoordinate with onsite security to ensure safety around venueAnswer questions about the experienceJump in to support exhibit operations and perform duties as needed to ensure best experience to GuestsRequirements:Must be able to remain in a standing stationary position more than 75% of the timeMust be able to work a minimum of three shifts, one of which must be a weekend dayMust be able to move about inside the exhibit spaceConstantly positions self to clean and maintain exhibit equipmentRegularly operates audio, video, and lighting equipmentFrequently lifts and moves items / equipment weighing up to 75 poundsMust be able to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysYour strengths include:Exceptional communication skillsOrganized and detail orientedAbility to multitaskReliable proactive team playerYour experience:High school diploma (or its equivalent), some college is preferred (current students welcome to apply)Previous experience with show elements such as lighting, audio, and/or visualKnowledge of basic hand and power toolsKnowledge of basic elements for critical systems (plumbing, electrical and HVAC)6 months in a leadership roleBenefits:Flexible SchedulePaid LeaveWhy work at OGX: For us it's all about the fans and creating experiences they will love.
