This person owns the run‑of‑show calling script and serves as the on‑site technical lead, working hand in hand with the AV production vendor and venue crews to deliver clean, well‑paced general sessions and programmed moments. - Run technical rehearsals, speaker walk‑throughs, and dry runs, managing timing and pacing against the agenda.
- Manage backstage and stage flow, including speaker readiness, mic checks, and on‑deck staging.
- Reflect programming changes from the Senior Producer in the run of show and communicate them clearly to the crew.
- Co‑led the paper tech and technical production meetings with the show and technical staff.
Technical Direction

- Translate the production design and program agenda into a technical plan covering staging, audio, lighting, video, graphics playback, and communications.
- Review and validate AV scope, equipment lists, and technical riders against the run of show and venue, supporting the production team ahead of the AV approval milestone.
- Manage load‑in, setup, level, and focus checks, and load‑out alongside vendor and venue crews.
- Own the on‑site communications plan, including intercom channel assignments for callers, crew, and producers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and execute contingency and escalation plans.
- Enforce on‑site technical and safety procedures throughout setup, show, and strike.
- Attend the final site visit in Beaver Creek, Colorado, June 29 or 30, 2026.
- Participate in production and technical planning meetings remotely during pre‑production and communicate with technical vendors and fabricators.

- Be on‑site in Beaver Creek, Colorado for the event, August 1 to 4, 2026, with load‑in and rehearsal days as set by the production schedule.
