Shoulder and Elbow Orthopedic Surgeon

AdventHealth Ocala, a 385-bed non-profit hospital in Florida, is seeking a BE/BC fellowship-trained Shoulder and Elbow Orthopedic Surgeon to launch a new program. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing medical group within one of the nation's largest healthcare systems. • The group currently includes fellowship-trained Total Joint, Hand, and Sports Medicine Surgeons.
• State-of-the-art equipment is available.
• The practice is located in a brand new $40-million-dollar building on hospital property.
• AdventHealth Ocala is a 385-bed, full-service community hospital.
• The West Florida Division Medical Group has nearly tripled in size over the last six years and projects to grow to 900 providers by the end of 2026.
• The medical staff in Ocala provides a variety of service lines from primary care to specialists in cardiology, gastroenterology, women's health, and general surgery.

Responsibilities

• Be comfortable with general ortho call.

Compensation

• Compensation Package with competitive base salary plus RVU incentives.
• Signing Bonus & Moving Expenses.
