100% REMOTE ROLE but locals are preferred not mandatory though

We are only looking for 1-2 people with Shopify experience and capable of leading a small team working directly with the client. Below is a JD, with more focus on the Shopify Developer skills. There is some urgency on this as we trying to get this work

General

• Must have Shopify experience, not someone just learning.
• Should have good communication skills
• Should have experience with React and Remix for front-end development and GraphQL APIs for data access, so would expect person has those skills.

Location: Westchester, IL

Duration: 6+ Months

• Broad shop construction, launch, and maintenance expertise, as well as a general understanding of the admin system
• Skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, as well as a thorough grasp of the DOM
• Previous experience working with a custom theme and/or the Storefront API
• Working knowledge of Shopify's theming system and Liquid templating
• Previous experience implementing/debugging third-party Shopify apps, as well as building unique solutions if needed
• Knowledge and expertise with vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, ES2015/ES6, and current JavaScript frameworks
• Working knowledge of Shopify's object/properties, AJAX API, and Meta fields
