We are seeking an experienced welder/fabricator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components using Stick and MIG welding processes. The ideal candidate has experience reading blueprints, operating fabrication equipment, and producing high-quality welds while maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and/or stick welding, fabricating parts based on project requirements.

Maintain welding equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.

In this role, you'll work at our shop 95% of the time but must be able to travel out of town a few times a year for installs around Texas, company paid.

Must have dependable attendance and punctuality.

Being bilingual in Spanish is helpful but not necessary.

Our standard work schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4pm and overtime happens often.

What We Offer:

• Pay based on experience: $20.00 - $25.00hr to start.
