Shop SupervisorMMBR Systems, LLC, an Integrated Water Services (IWS) company, is seeking a highly motivated Shop Supervisor who will be responsible for leading assembly and warehouse operations at our new North Austin, TX facility. This role oversees production staff, ensures quality and safety standards are met, and drives efficient, on-time delivery of membrane system components and equipment.A key focus of this role is supporting the successful transfer and startup of production operations, while building a high-performing team and establishing scalable processes.Integrated Water Services (IWS) is revolutionizing water!
