What You’ll Do
- Oversee all daily operations, staffing, and budgeting.
- Manage a team of 10–15 employees.
- Lead training, coaching, and development.
- Create a positive, growth‑focused work culture.
- Maintain store procedures, policies, and financial systems.
- Handle ordering, deliveries, and inventory.
- Drive store performance and local community engagement.
- Champion an exceptional in‑store and cake‑ordering experience.
- Keep things clean, safe, and fun.
