Human Resources Coordinator at Fluoroseal Group

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehousing, shipping, receiving, inspection, production, testing and automation activities.
• Ability to read drawings and tolerances and good knowledge of CNC and conventional machines.
• Good understanding of best practice in warehousing, stock allocation, shipping and receiving.
• Ability to manage and motivate plant and warehouse employees, including defining work schedules, work assignment and ensuring proper adherence.
• Develop plans that help shop operations to run smoothly.
• Recruit, train and onboard new shop employees as required.
• Collect and review data to reduce inefficiencies and waste.

·Perform maintenance checks on machinery and ensure efficient and safe operation.

·Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations.

• Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist procurement department in purchase orders pertaining to local suppliers.
• Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping in coordination with the respective departments.
• Achieve target communicated by planning department.
• Provide continuous updates to planning department.
• Coordinate with material management for repeated inventory count.
• Follow up with on site inspectors for on-time inspections in coordination with quality department.
• Coordinate with shipping for correct and on-time shipping to clients.
• Ensure correct quantities and parts receiving to the warehouse before sending to accounting for PO receiving in system.
• Communicate labor hours, material and labor costs for jobs created for repair to respective departments.
• Provide solutions for production and shipping issues x.
• Assist in production and various audits in coordination with quality department and/or local governmental bodies certificates issuance and licenses.
• Ensure accurate serial number is communicated for items ready for shipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, warehousing, logistics, and quality control.
• Proven experience managing shop floor and warehouse teams.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
