Shop Leader (New Store Launch) - Lead & Develop Teams

Salt & Straw is opening its first Utah shops in Salt Lake City and seeks an Assistant General Manager to help launch, recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team. You will partner with the GM to drive guest experiences, ensure top-notch hospitality, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership, flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and a passion for community-focused hospitality.
