Shop Helper – Entry-Level MechanicalWe are hiring two dependable shop helpers to support mechanical technicians with equipment cleaning, preparation, and general shop duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in beginning a career in industrial or mechanical work while gaining hands-on experience.Responsibilities:Assist technicians with the disassembly and assembly of equipmentClean heat exchanger plates, mechanical parts, and shop equipmentPrepare materials, tools, and workstationsPerform basic grinding, wire brushing, and parts washingMove equipment and parts throughout the shopHelp load and unload trucksOrganize materials, parts, and inventoryMaintain a clean and safe work areaPerform other general shop duties as assignedQualifications:At least six months of warehouse, shop, construction, or general labor experience preferredMechanical interest and willingness to learnComfortable using basic hand and power toolsComfortable working in an industrial shop environmentForklift experience is a plusDependable, punctual, and team-orientedAble to lift more than 50 lbAble to stand, bend, and work on your feet throughout the shiftThis is a great opportunity to gain industrial experience and learn mechanical skills while working alongside experienced technicians.
