Shipping SupervisorBased in our Forney, Texas location, you will lead daily shipping operations, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. In this role, you'll coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics, and warehouse teams to prioritize shipments, solve operational challenges, and drive exceptional customer service. You'll also coach and develop shipping personnel, monitor performance metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact on operational success while growing your leadership career with a global industry leader.As a Shipping Supervisor, you will:Supervise daily shipping operations, ensuring customer orders are processed, planned, and shipped accurately and on timeCoordinate shipping priorities with Customer Service, Logistics, and warehouse teams while communicating shipment status, delays, and operational updatesMonitor shipment activity, aging orders, shipping exceptions, and system performance across multiple transportation and warehouse management systemsLead and develop shipping office personnel through workload management, scheduling, coaching, training, attendance management, and performance feedbackEnsure accuracy and compliance of shipping documentation, Bills of Lading, SOPs, work instructions, and company policies, including OSHA and safety standardsTrack shipping performance, productivity, labor, and service metrics, identifying and implementing opportunities for operational improvementTroubleshoot shipping, system, and customer-related issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and special projectsSchedule:This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities. This is a first-shift position with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.Required Education, Experience & Skills:Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field — or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong general computer skillsHands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping, and inventory controlAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop benchmarks and KPIsProven leadership skills with a willingness to lead by example and train othersMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S. — sponsorship is not available for this rolePreferred Education, Experience & Skills:Bilingual in Spanish and EnglishKnowledge of Manhattan WMSFamiliarity with ISO Quality Management Systems (QMS)
