You will optimize shipping workflows using ERP/WMS/TMS systems, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery expectations.
You will also supervise and develop shipping staff, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and support automation projects that enhance visibility, accuracy, and efficiency across our logistics network.
