- Tracking shipments: Monitoring the progress
- Using UPS world ship shipping labels and systems
- Ensuring accuracy: Verifying shipping documents and labels for accuracy.
- Accepting deliveries: Receiving goods from various carriers.
- Inventorying goods: Checking incoming items against shipping documents and ensuring they match.
- Handling damaged goods: Dealing with any issues related to damaged or missing items.
