Shipping/Receiving Data Entry Clerk - 3 Years SAP Experience

Shipping ClerkThe Shipping Clerk will be responsible for but not limited to answering phones, scheduling shipments, data entry, problem solving and working closely with our internal customers.Duties and Responsibilities:Record shipments and inventories in SAP (must know SAP T-codes)Coordinate, and maintain shipping/receiving requests and documentsMaintain accurate shipping and receiving records, including creating BOLsCreate complete receiving and shipping transactionsEnsure compliance for the Shipping Department to all company and government safety standards.Prepare reports and file shipping/receiving recordsAssist in resolving any daily shipping and receiving discrepanciesQualifications, Education and Required SkillsProficiency with database applications (SAP)- THREE YEARS EXPERIENCEMust be willing to work flexible and extended hours as required, including some weekends.High School diploma or equivalent.Possess a current valid State Driver's LicensePossess a Valid TWIC card at time of hire.The ability to read, write, understand and speak EnglishA minimum of one year of previous work experienceDetail oriented; Strong organizational skills.Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).Microsoft Office experience.Demonstrated good internal customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple projects.Previous experience in dispatch, warehousing or transportation a plus but not required.Benefits include: Health, Life, Dental and Vision insurance, 401-K, short-term, and long-term disability insurance, 7 paid holidays, and vacationEqual Opportunity Employer AA/M/F/D/VJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:Rotating Shifts12 Hour Shifts
