Essential Responsibilities
- Pull, sort, and stage products for outgoing shipments.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
- Verify order quantities, product information, and shipping documentation for accuracy.
- Palletize, shrink wrap, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Pack and label customer orders according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Assist with inventory organization, cycle counts, and general warehouse duties.
- Work closely with shipping, receiving, and production teams to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
- Experience operating pallet jacks; RF scanner experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work overtime when needed to meet business demands.
