Summary:The QTI Group is seeking a DIRECT HIRE experienced person for their Shipping Department. This person will have previous shipping experience as well as Forklift, Electric pallet jack, shrink wrapping and palletizing experience. Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:00am-3:00pm plus Fridays 6:00am-12:00pm
Pay: $23.38/hr.
Responsibilities:Must learn each products freight class
Operate an electric pallet jack
Cross train on Receiving duties
Help maintain banding and stretch wrap equipment
Help maintain inventory and storage of supplies
Master the use of a calculator to ensure piece-counts are converted to correct carton quantities and that shipping weights are accurately calculated.
Qualifications:Must become in-house electric pallet jack certified
Must be able to use hand scanner and label maker printers
Must be punctual and have excellent attendance
Must be able to read and write English
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
