Butternut Mountain Farm, a family-owned Vermont maple producer, is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to support our growing manufacturing and distribution operations. In this role, you will schedule and process outbound shipments, prepare bills of lading and shipping documents, and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery of maple products to retail, foodservice, and ingredient customers. You will verify orders, stage and label pallets, track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain accurate records.
Working closely with production, warehousing, and customer service teams, you’ll help uphold our quality, safety, and sustainability standards while supporting a collaborative, values-driven workplace.
