It's a great opportunity to build logistics expertise and grow within a dynamic distribution setting.What You'll Do:Coordinate outbound shipments using WMS, including order picking, carrier check-in, dock assignment, and order verificationPrepare and manage shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, and manifestsCommunicate with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely loading and resolve scheduling changesAssign and support forklift crews with loading, staging, and outbound order tasksTrack shipping performance, maintain inventory accuracy, and support continuous process improvementsRequired: • High school diploma or GED• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously• Clear written and verbal communication skills across teamsPreferred: • Experience with WMS or other manufacturing systems (ERP, MRP, MPS)• Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or beverage industry• Ability to quickly learn new systems and contribute to process improvements
