The right candidate will be comfortable in a high-volume setting and have hands-on experience with picking, packing, labeling, preparing shipments, and keeping orders moving accurately and efficiently.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a physically active role, takes pride in accuracy and speed, and understands the importance of meeting shipping deadlines in a production-driven environment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesShipping & Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders accurately and efficiently in a high-volume shipping environmentVerify items, quantities, and shipping information before packaging and shipmentLabel, stage, and process shipments according to company and carrier requirementsEnsure orders are packed securely to prevent damage during transitMeet daily shipping deadlines and production goals while maintaining accuracyReceiving & Inventory Support Assist with receiving incoming materials, products, or supplies as neededVerify incoming shipments against packing slips or purchase ordersHelp organize inventory and maintain accurate stock movement within the shipping areaSupport material movement between departments or work areas as requiredWarehouse & Operational Support Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and warehouse workspaceAssist with restocking shipping supplies and keeping packing stations operationalCommunicate shortages, shipping errors, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies to managementFollow all company procedures related to shipping, handling, and workplace safetySupport other warehouse or operational tasks as needed to keep workflow moving efficientlyQualifications & RequirementsShipping / Warehouse Experience Prior experience in a shipping, warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or order processing role is requiredMust already be comfortable with high-volume picking, packing, and shipping processesAbility to step into the role with minimal training and quickly contribute to daily operationsExperience working with shipping labels, packing slips, and outbound order preparation strongly preferredTechnical / Operational Skills Basic computer skills for shipping systems, order tracking, or inventory lookup preferredStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environmentAbility to follow written instructions, packing requirements, and shipping proceduresExperience using warehouse equipment or shipping systems is a plusProfessional Skills Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethicAble to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a high-volume environmentTeam-oriented with a willingness to jump in wherever neededGood communication skills and ability to work well with supervisors and team membersPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shiftAbility to lift, carry, push, and pull packages and materials on a regular basisAbility to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motion tasks throughout the dayComfortable working in a warehouse, shipping, or production environment with frequent movement and physical activity
