The Shipping Associate-FL Certified at Southwest Accessory Group is responsible for accurate and efficient picking, labeling, staging, and loading of outbound shipments on forklift equipment.

Responsibilities
* Pick, label, and stage orders.
* Scan and verify order details.
* Load trailers and apply route documents.
* Communicate discrepancies to management.
* Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
* Perform final inspection of shipments.
* Support documentation as needed.
* Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items.
* Report all equipment and/or safety concerns.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED preferred.
* Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
* Able to lift 50 lbs. consistently.
* Basic computer/RF scanner knowledge.
* Ability to read numerals and English.
* Bilingual a plus.
* NetSuite experience a bonus.
* Operate equipment (sit‑down forklift, stand‑up forklift, cherry picker, deep reach truck).
* Forklift certification preferred.
Physical Demands
Standing, walking, reaching/bending, endurance, balancing/mobility, manual dexterity, exposure to varying conditions, repetitive motion, lifting up to 50 lbs. consistently, use of safety equipment, and exposure to loud noises during an 8‑hour work shift.
