Express Employment Professionals is actively hiring Shipping & Receiving Associates for multiple clients across Miramar, Poway, Lakeside, and Rancho Bernardo . These roles are ideal for candidates with experience in structured warehouse or manufacturing environments — not general package handling.

Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Managing incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and efficiency
- Verifying materials against Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
- Entering and tracking inventory data in ERP or warehouse management systems
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Preparing shipping documentation and maintaining organized records
- Loading/unloading materials with proper documentation and system tracking
What We Look for in Shipping & Receiving Professionals:
- 2+ years’ experience in Shipping & Receiving role preferred
- Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs, at times up to 50 lb.
- Ability to stand on feet for up to 8 hours
- Experience with Netsuite
- Experience with RF scanner and warehouse data entry
- Can-do attitude and willingness to perform various duties as directed
- Forklift experience preferred
Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00/HR (depending on experience)
Schedule: M-F, 1st Shift (start times may vary)
