Location: 5340 Savannah Highway, Ravenel, SC
Position: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Pay: Starting at $18-20 per hour
Bittermilk Bottling Company is a locally owned cocktail mixer and beverage manufacturer with deep roots in Charleston’s food and beverage community. We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to help move finished products from our production floor to customers accurately and on time.
Responsibilities- Pick and pack online, wholesale, parcel, and pallet orders
- Verify products, SKUs, quantities, and lot codes
- Prepare shipping labels, Bills of Lading, and other documentation
- Coordinate freight shipments, carrier pickups, and deliveries
- Receive and organize incoming inventory and supplies
- Maintain accurate fulfillment and inventory records
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking shipping materials
- Address shipping questions, issues, and freight claims
- Use shipping software, Microsoft Office, and company systems
- Keep shipping and warehouse areas clean and organized
- Assist with warehouse operations and bottling-line pack-out as needed
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Good time-management and communication skills
- Confidence using computers and learning new software
- Ability to follow established procedures
- A team player who can also work independently
- Ability to regularly lift and move heavy cartons
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry throughout the workday
- Comfort working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment
Previous fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or food and beverage experience is helpful but not required. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping orders accurate and on schedule and wants to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and grow with Bittermilk over the long term.
