Job description: Bulk Shipping Associate - AKA Cricket Wrangler
Location: Ham Lake, MN 55304
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (Hours will fluctuate based on production schedules, shipping schedules, and company needs)

The Bulk Shipping Associate is a team member who is responsible for preparing, wrangling, packaging, and shipping live insect orders with a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and consistent execution.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Standing, bending, and repetitive movement throughout shift
- Comfortable working in hot, humid, dusty conditions
- Ability to safely handle live insects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
