Shift Supervisor - Lead Ops & Guest Experience (Flexible)

Red Robin is seeking an hourly Shift Supervisor to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will train, lead peers, ensure product quality and cleanliness, and act as an ambassador of our Brand Equity Standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of full-service restaurant experience, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and are comfortable with flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
