Shift Operations Lead – Water & Wastewater Compliance

HMIS is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the HMIS Water and Sewer Utilities organization in day-to-day management and safety compliance. You will oversee a team of union-represented staff, drive work management processes, and ensure training and certifications are kept up to date.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex operations and safety controls across water treatment and distribution
