Key Responsibilities
• Manage Operations: Open and close the store, run smooth shifts, and handle daily tasks like food prep, cooking, and customer service.
• Lead and Train: Coach team members, teach brand standards, and motivate staff to work as a team.
• Customer Service: Put customer needs first and use company methods like BLAST (Believe, Listen, Apologize, Satisfy, Thank) to resolve complaints.
• Safety and Quality: Enforce food safety, cleanliness, and store security rules.
• Administrative Support: Assist the general manager with inventory, food orders, and basic shift reporting.
Job Requirements
• Age: At least 18 years old.
• Transport: A valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and driving experience (often needed for bank deposits or deliveries).
• Skills: Good basic math skills, high energy, and the ability to stay calm and lead under pressure.
