Responsibilities

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers to ensure quality, service and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks: planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals.

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Passion for working in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older.
