About the Position
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure food safety standards are met
- Communicate internally with team members
- Manage inventory levels
- Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance
- Oversee crew management and scheduling
- Ensure quality food production
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor safety and security
- Prepare shift hand‑offs to the next shift manager

Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with a flexible schedule, suitable for a fast‑paced environment.
