Responsibilities

As a Shift Manager you will:

• Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers to meet Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager for a smooth hand‑off
• Help assigned departments meet their targets and goals

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for fast‑paced service
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants
