Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Manager to lead Food & Beverage Operations within our Restaurant General Manager team. In this role, you’ll run shifts, coach team members, and ensure fast, friendly service and accurate orders. You’ll manage cash controls, labor, and food safety, while keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
You’ll model Taco Bell’s fun, inclusive culture, resolve guest concerns, and support training and development. Ideal candidates have quick-service or restaurant leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering great guest experiences every shift.
