Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our team! As a Shift Manager, you will oversee the restaurant’s operations during your shift, create employee schedules, supervise staff, and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with restaurant experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Train and manage employees, assign duties as needed
2. Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service
3. Resolve customer complaints tactfully
4. Adhere to health and safety regulations
5. Provide sales and productivity reports to management
6. Maintain inventory levels, reorder, and restock as needed
7. Cover shifts for absent employees

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED
2. Previous food service experience
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management, and POS software
4. Ability to remain calm under pressure
5. Strong management and leadership skills
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
