As a Shift Manager, you will be the face of our restaurant and the leader in our kitchen. Our expectations are simple, we need to lead our team, so our customers receive perfect food, in perfectly clean restaurant with over-the-top customer service; Provide over-the-top customer service with a friendly attitude.
Prepare food according to Five Guys standards and specifications.
Keep the restaurant clean and organized during and after service.
Accurately handle cash and process transactions responsibly.
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Experience in a customer service role.
Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
Starting Hourly Pay - $16.50/Hour
Average Tips Per Hour- $2.75/Hour (variable rate)
