Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure excellent quality, service, and cleanliness. Key tasks include planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, ensuring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a successful shift.

Qualifications
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule, a passion for the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment, and a minimum age of 18 for managerial positions.
