This position plays a critical role in supporting safe, efficient, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment. * Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. * Repair and maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, valves, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and automated equipment. * Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, equipment manuals, and technical drawings. * Safely operate hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and diagnostic equipment. * Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements. * Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures. * Accurately complete maintenance documentation and work orders.
Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. * Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * Ability to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment independently. * Basic math and computer skills. * Ability to work 3rd shift and overtime as required.
Experience with Siemens PLCs and TIA Portal. * Experience working with ABB robotic systems. * Experience in die-casting, machining, automotive, or heavy manufacturing environments. * Technical certifications, trade school education, or related maintenance training.
