What You’ll Do
- Own your store’s P&L and drive performance
- Build schedules, hit labor goals, and coach your team
- Hire, train, and grow great people
- Lead by example in service, food safety, and quality
- Oversee daily operations and ensure health/code compliance
- Step in on kitchen or service stations when needed
- Manage inventory, ordering, and catering execution
What You Bring
- 3+ years of restaurant GM or upper management experience
- Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience with scheduling, staffing, and cost control
- Passion for hospitality, fresh food, and team culture
- Working knowledge of Google Suite and tech tools
- Must be 21+ and able to get Food Manager’s Certification after hire
Job Details
- Full-time leadership position
- Physical work including lifting, standing, bending, and cooking
- Shifts vary by store, including weekends and evenings
- Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience. Specific pay ranges will be discussed during the interview process.
