Zaxby’s is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will lead and support team members on shift, ensuring friendly service, accurate orders, and adherence to food safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities include delegating tasks, overseeing food prep and drive-thru, monitoring cleanliness, handling cash and POS, and assisting with training. You will model Zaxby’s Southern hospitality, resolve guest concerns, and help maintain a positive, growth-focused culture with opportunities to advance into management.
