Shift Leader — Lead a Fast-Paced Subs Team to Wow Guests

Jersey Mike's Subs in Stoughton, MA is seeking a Shift Leader to support location management and ensure excellent customer service. You will coach staff, produce high-quality food, and drive the Jersey Mike’s experience, while handling cash and following training programs.

You will lead a small crew of 2–5, open/close the store, and uphold cleanliness and pace in a fast, team-driven environment. 38–40 hours weekly; priority on reliability and food safety.
