Shift Leader - Fast-Paced Restaurant Ops | Flexible Hours

McAlister’s Deli is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations in Monroe, LA. In the absence of General Manager/Assistant Manager, you will supervise shifts, ensure food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction, and mentor team members.

You will handle both FOH and BOH duties, manage scheduling, and support ongoing training while upholding McAlister’s standards. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success.
