Shift Leader: Elevate Guest Experience & Team

Paradies Lagardère in Austin, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead dining operations and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will train team members, enforce SOPs, manage cash-out, and supervise food prep, service and cleanliness while upholding our TRIFIC values.

The role requires strong communication, team leadership, and ability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Experience in hospitality and ServSafe certification are preferred.
