Shift Leader - Drive Service & Growth (Flexible Scheduling)

Arby’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, working closely with the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You’ll guide team members through performance and training initiatives while upholding a standard of exceptional customer service that keeps guests returning.

Must be at least 18, with reliable transportation and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs during shifts. Background screening may be required.
