Join Zaxby’s as a Shift Leader and help guide a friendly, fast-paced team focused on great food and Southern hospitality. You’ll lead shifts, coordinate staff, and ensure excellent guest service in a clean, safe restaurant.
Responsibilities include training team members, monitoring food quality and order accuracy, handling cash and POS transactions, and maintaining health and safety standards. You’ll support managers with opening/closing procedures and problem-solving during busy periods while building leadership skills and preparing for advancement into restaurant management.
