Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to perform roles of a Client Services Coordinator or Vet Assistant when needed, working with Practice Manager or COS to maximize hospital productivity and client satisfaction. You will help lead a team to deliver high-quality care for pets and excellent client experiences.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years in a veterinary hospital, be able to schedule staff, and maintain Banfield protocols while upholding our culture and brand.
