The Opportunity We’re hiring for acareer-minded Shift Lead position looking to grow into an Assistant Manager at a Fast Casual Restaurant.

Weekend and Weekday availability is a requirement - including mornings and late shifts.

This is not a typical restaurant job. This is a leadership track position designed for someone who wants to build a career in hospitality and take ownership of a business over time. It will start as a Shift Lead position that has the opportunity to turn into an Assistant Manager position once you prove yourself.

Compensation & Growth Path

• $23-27/hour (includes tips). Starting pay is $20 for Shift Leads. $23 for Assistant Managers
• Full-time, stable hours

What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts and support daily operations in a high-volume environment
• Train, coach, and develop baristas and shift leads
• Learn scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest experience
• Partner with leadership on hiring, culture, and team performance
• Take on increasing responsibility as you grow into management

Preferred Experience

• 1-3 years in restaurant leadership
• Experience leading shifts or small teams
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory, or scheduling

Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Food Handler’s Card (or willingness to obtain)
